Our App does not require that you provide personal information. We would only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you contact us.

Payment Data may be collected as necessary to process your App purchase, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is stored by Apple Store or Google Play. You may find their privacy notice on the payment page if you place an order.

All personal information that you provide to us should be true, complete and accurate and updated if needed.

How do we use any personal information you voluntarily disclose?

We process your information for any legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.

We do not store or transmit any personal information over servers. You agree that you purchase from the App store-and use the App at your own risk. You should only access the App within a secure environment.

Do we collect information from minors.

We do not knowingly solicit business or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the App, you represent that you are 18 years of age.

What are your privacy rights?

You can choose to remove the App at any time, you do need to contact us as we do not keep or track any information. We created the App and have made it available through the Apple and Google Plan.

We do not track your information if you purchase the App or use it.

If you are a California Resident you have specific privacy rights regarding access to your personal information.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine the Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information. We do not collect, store or track personal information.
